Our competition categories range from Pre-teens under14 yrs to Grand Masters 65 and above, Jr.Teens 14-16, and Teenage Men 17-19, Jr. Men's 18-24,

Ms. Fitness, Ms. Bikini and Ms. Bodybuilder, Mr. as well as Teenage Classic Physique, Men's Open Bodybuilding in Lightweight, Middleweight, Light Heavyweight, Heavyweight and Super Heavyweight categories.
